Physical Strength

Which man does not sometimes dream of being able to bench press twice his own bodyweight or perform one-arm chinups? Strength makes you feel more secure and self-confident. Strength training even has some nice effects on your health.

'Yeah, sounds great, so where do I have to sign to become strong?' Haha, it won't work like this. Developing strength requires discipline, time and a little bit of theoretical knowledge. Well, you are currently reading stuff about strength training in the internet, so you obviously have some time. I can't tell if you're disciplined so I'll have to leave that one to you, but I can surely help you to get some theoretical knowledge about strength training!

At the moment, the focus lies on bodyweight strength training because I currently do not work out using free weights. However, I will soon add at least some classic weight training exercises such as the deadlift.
