Unfortunately, there are neither mental pedals nor mental feet you could pedal with. So building mental momentum differs a little from building speed on a bike. But just a little.

Setting goals is an effective way of boosting your success. Goals give direction to your life. They serve as a help to focus, they are the ladder that helps you to climb up to your dreams. A ladder you yourself have to built on your own. Don’t risk falling down by building a poor one! But don’t be afraid of building one either, I’ll give you the ladder building manual. And once you started climbing you will love it! Every successful step will feel great! What about unsuccessful steps? If you built a solid ladder, they won’t get you down, unless you give up. So let’s finally set up some goals!
